SANI.GIENE is a complex blend of quaternary ammonium compounds.
It has superior germicide activity when compared to conventional quit based sanitisers combined with its “no rinse” properties provides the complete sanitising program.
SANI.GIENE is specifically used as the final rinse sanitiser at the end of the standard wash program. SANI.GIENE is used at a dose rate of 200:1 to provide 150ppm of active quat.
Description
SANI.GIENE food processing surface sanitiser is a sanitiser-concentrate for use in all food-processing areas. It is designed for sanitizing all surfaces which have been cleaned; including pots, pans, chopping boards, utensils, benches and floors. When SANI.GIENE is correctly diluted, rinsing is not required and solution may be left on the surface to continue sanitising. SANI.GIENE passes microbiological tests as a biocide/biostatic agent at dilution 1:20.

SANI.GIENE food processing surface sanitiser DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
SANI.GIENE can be applied by spraying, fogging or mopping onto the required surface.
HARD, NON-POROUS SURFACE:
– Dilution: 1:20 – 50ml per 1L.
– Leave on surface for 5 minutes or more to kill any bacteria. Rinsing not required.
POROUS & SEMI-POROUS SURFACING/ HEAVY DUTY SANITISING:
– Dilution: 1:6 – 167ml per 1L
– Leave on surface for at least 5 minutes then rinse well with potable water. Allow to drain well before use.
